Learn the secrets of successful endurance fueling from an expert. What are you endurance goals for 2017? Half Marathon? Marathon? Ultramarathon? Half Ironman or Full? Gallagher Fitness Resources welcomes Loren Mason-Gere, Dealer Services Manager and Education Specialist at Hammer Nutrition. Achieve your 2017 goals without bonking.

WHEN: Wednesday April 5. Talk at 6:30pm. Optional run before the talk at 5:30pm.

WHERE: Gallagher Fitness Resources. Meet at GFR. We’ll run at Riverfront and Wallace.

WHAT: Join us for endurance fueling tips including proper hydration, calorie intake, electrolyte replenishment, pre-exercise fueling, and post-exercise recovery.

Maintain high energy, postpone fatigue, avoid bonking. Get full value from your workout, minimize soreness, prepare for the next workout.

Optional: Join us for a run at 5:30pm.
