Be ready to run at 5:30pm. All year on Wednesday evenings.
Group Speed Workouts:
Workout and distance varies each week. Group Speed Workouts for Runners could include intervals, tempo, hill repeats, or a combination.
Workout Duration:
Approximately 60-70 minutes total.
Weekly Format:
Warmup jog together for 15 minutes as a group. The Speed Workout session lasts 15-35 minutes (run at your own pace). Cooldown jog together for 15 minutes as a group.
Pace Range:
6:00-8:30 (minutes per mile)
